Road Trip

Will be taking another trip to see Rick's folks in Indiana this weekend. This week's their 40th wedding anniversary! Congrats to them :)

Will be posting a New Orleans tribute next week from my honeymoon photos (March 05.)

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Tsk Tsk Gareth...

We did not take THOSE kind of honeymoon photos. Although there was a mirrored wall in the bedroom of our suite which come to think of it could have been two-way and rigged by someone at the hotel! God I hope not. Those would be some scary pix!

DG it was a good weekend. Except Adri was sick and coughed all over all of us for six hours to and fro. So now the rest of us are sick :( C'est la vie of a family of six.)

Cosi was fun again, although I'm over it a little bit. They had a Star Wars exhibit which was packed. Took tons of pix to send the friend who's wedding I went to on the last trip down that way.

Dinner was wonderful. We went to BRAVO Italiano. We had gone there for our anniversary (with Adri's Aunt and Uncle on her mom's side) and it was even better this time. Could have something to do with the obnoxious waiter we had at the one near here. The wait staff was much better at the one in Louisville.

Off to work on New Orleans post.

Yeah I went to Cosi with Skii and Izzy and it just wasn't as exciting as it was when we were young. Seems like it was more "museumy" than "discovery." Not as much hands-on things to do. :(

Really? We love it! I've just been there about 3 times this year, so I'm getting over the newness of it. The kids love the streets of progress. There's a lot of hands on stuff there. And we love the game room where you can play all the arcade games we grew up on for free. We didn't have time for that this time.
